I had been a smoker since I was 14 yours old. I had always wanted to quit but never was able to find a way to be able to quit effectively. I found this book in a local bookstore, and when I read the preface and it said, “Don’t quit smoking until you finish this book.”, I thought what do I have to lose. I read the book (well, actually, I ordered it on Audio Book), and I tell you when I was done reading it, I was a non-smoker. I also found I was a non-smoker who didn’t suddenly start shaking and crazing when I saw others smoking. I didn’t gain alot of weight because I started eating more. I didn’t constantly think about smoking, and how much I missed smoking. Actually, I didn’t think about smoking at all, and the thought of the time that I was a smoker was more like a big question mark, trying to figure out why I always thought it was so hard to become a non-smoker in the first place. If you can tell, I have not once mentioned quitting smoking (until now), because by thinking that you are quitting smoking, you are focusing on losing smoking from your life, and whenever we lose something, we miss it. I didn’t quit smoking, I made the choice to become a non-smoker. This is part of what you learn about in this book.
I recommend to anyone who has ever thought about dropping smoking from their life, or for anyone who knows a loved one or friend who they would love to see no longer smoking, GET THIS BOOK!!! It is the best investment you can make in your future or in the future of someone you care for. This is my testimony, and my story is similar to so many others who were able to put down the cigs and never look back without fear. It is a small price to pay to buy this book, and the benefits of the book are priceless.
