Be willing to embrace what the author, Allen Carr offers you. Even if you have trouble agreeing with him, promise yourself that for just one week, you will accept everything he says as truth. Carr may seem a little full of himself and over confident in his method. He repeats things a lot, but it’s because he is trying to get important information across to you. If you can get past the minor annoyance of reading the same thing a few times, you can enjoy a life without cigarettes.
I swore that if anyone ever asked me how I quit smoking, and was interested in this book, I would buy them a copy. The money I saved by not smoking has gone towards buying copies of this book for friends and family. I’ve given out 10 copies already in 7 months.
