The Easy Way to Stop Smoking Cigarettes:
Join the Millions Who Have Become Non-Smokers Using Allen Carr's Easyway Method

We (wife and I) bought this in both book and CD format and switched back and forth between the two. After listening to/ reading several chapters I can honestly say that the urge to smoke began to diminish slightly….so much so that we both stopped reading it. You see there’s no pressure, you can continue to smoke while you are reading it if you like, in fact this is encouraged so that you don’t feel pressured and go into shock. We actually avoided reading the book for several months because we realised it was working but we weren’t ready to “quit”! Sure enough…we eventually went back to reading it and sure enough by the end we were fully prepared and actually excited to stop smoking or “break free”. I was a 30 year smoker up to a pack a day and honestly never thought I would breathe free again or even be able to make it through a day without a cigarette. This book, IF YOU GIVE IT A CHANCE, appeals to your reasoning and slowly but surely you begin to ask yourself “what on earth am I doing?” We are now both free for a month and can tell you that nothing could push either of us back into that trap ever again…when you read the book you will “get it”, you’ll start to think differently. I used to think I really enjoyed cigarettes…I relished the thought of my morning coffee and the 2 or 3 cigarettes that went with it, the drive to work, puffing away like SMOKING was my job….fouling up my car, hair, clothes…lungs. You will not miss it…I promise you. If you read this book you will not only want to stop smoking and break free, you’ll actually ENJOY IT and want to give the book to friends who smoke so that they can see the light too.

This book, in paperback, is actually not much more than a pack any more. When you consider that a pack a day smoker will end up investing, over the course of his/her smoking life (assuming he/she makes it to 75) almost $200,000(not accounting for the additional costs in later years due to respiratory problems like emphyzema, heart issues and a myriad of other issues)…it’s probably worth a quick read?
